Rohde URV5-Z Series Measurements/Features: The voltage sensors of the URV5-Z series are indispensable tools in RF and microwave laboratories, test departments and service. They cover a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz and thus close the gap between low-frequency voltage measurements and microwave power measurements. Consequently they may be used for:

Voltage sensors are the right tools for everyday use. They permit the measurement of voltages from 200 µV to 1000 V and of powers from 1 nW (-60 dBm) up to 200 W (+53 dBm). RF Probe URV5-Z7: A versatile tool for measuring high-frequency voltages. Thanks to its low input capacitance of 2.5 pF ideal for practically no-load measurements on non-coaxial circuits up to about 500 MHz (with accessories up to 1 GHz). Measurement range with plug-on dividers 1000 V (input capacitance 0.5 pF).
