The Agilent E5363A Elastomeric Probe Adapter is for 240-pin, 0.5 mm Pitch PQFP/CQFP processors. Agilent Elastomeric probe adapters offer a simple means of connecting to PQFP and TQFP packages with minimal ''keep out'' area. The rugged elastomer material makes redundant contact with each pin, ensuring a trouble-free electrical and mechanical connection.
