- The 10525T Logic Probe provides TTL/DTL trouble-shooting at low cost.
- Ideally suited to 5 V logic applications, the 10525T has high input impedance (<25 kohms in both high and low state), overload protection, and 50 MHz data rate capability.
- Logic States:
- 2.0 V +0.4, -0.2 (High)
- 0.8 V +0.2, -0.4 (Low)
- Minimum input pulse width of 10 nS.
