HP / Keysight / Agilent 16095A Overview
The Agilent 16095A is designed for use with the Agilent 4192A, but can be used with other 4-terminal pair LCR meters and Impedance analyzers as long as the ground lead of the probe is not connected to the instrument''s ground terminal. DUTs can be connected by either using the standard probe, the alligator clip adapter or the BNC adapter. The standard probe is best for in-circuit, board-mounted components. The alligator clip is for components too large for the standard probe tip. The BNC adapter is used to connect circuits or networks equipped with BNC connectors.
